The company will build the 1,015m² warehouse and two-storey office building at an industrial site in Gladstone Road, King’s Heath. Stepnell will demolish existing industrial units to make way for the new facilities, which will achieve a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’ and will be occupied by industrial cleaning equipment supplier Tennant.
