The two acquisitions are expected to strengthen the Swedish group’s presence in the Netherlands and enable it to offer integrated engineering and architecture services to Dutch clients.

Van Aken Concepts, Architecture & Engineering is a full-service engineering and architecture firm based in Eindhoven and employing around 50 designers and engineers.
The company has extensive experience in the private sector, from complex high-tech building projects to housing, and from urban studies to healthcare, offices, and leisure buildings. In 2021, Van Aken turned over €5.8m (£5.2m).
JHK Architecten is an architecture firm specialising in non-residential public sector building projects. Assignments range from interiors and new buildings to complete transformations of existing buildings. The company employs about 20 architects and is based in Utrecht. In 2021, JHK’s turnover was €2.9m.
