TFT’s new cost consultancy service, headed up by Liam Drawwater, will offer both pre- and post-contract cost advice operate from its offices in London, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Guildford and Manchester.
Managing partner Alan Pemberton said: “With the domestic real estate market picking up significantly towards the end of 2013, we have noticed increased appetite across multiple sectors for a cost consultancy service. This responds to our clients growing need to have greater cost certainty at the acquisition point, through to the asset management and development stages of the holding.”
