Combined, the three above skills will each support the council in ensuring that citizens of Hull can adequately warm their home, maintain as much heat as possible, and receive energy assessments to forecast savings for installations.

The Client requires a registered Domestic Energy Assessor to provide EPC's and to undertake ‘Energy Company Obligations’, ECO deemed score surveys of domestic properties (deemed scores are the carbon calculations which determine the lifetime savings each measure installed produces, alongside the grant funding that can be claimed) within the Hull City Council Boundary.
