The type of contract to be awarded is a contract for the supply of equipment. The contract is for the supply, installation and commissioning (including delivery) of two (2) data acquisition and monitoring systems (one each per Vessel). The supply, installation and commissioning (including delivery) is to take place at the Premises.

The procurement is governed by the Utilities Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2016. The procedure being followed is an Open Procedure in accordance with regulation 43 of the said 2016 Regulations.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required

- Three years accounts and business reports for the contracting entity;

- Evidence of current Employers and Public Liability Insurances to the minimum extent of 10,000,000 GBP and 5,000,000 GBP respectively;

- A current bank reference to a minimum of 350,000 (GBP).

The Contracting Authority will carry out an Equifax check where a bank reference cannot be obtained and this will form part of the economic and financial evaluation of each Tenderer.
