Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the provision of design and construction of the new housing and associated works at the Southfield and Newry site. A summary of what the tenderer is being requested to deliver is as follows:

- Completion of the design of the scheme;

- Completion of the construction of the scheme;

- Building Control certification;

- Discharge of required planning conditions;

- Allow for any relevant Owner training required;

- Completion of the O&M/ H&S files.
