This contract is for the design, supply and installation of South Church Enterprise "BREAAM Rating Very Good."

Main site or place of performance

The greenfield site is located to the south of existing offices and light industrial units which form part of South Church Enterprise Park. The site has recently been used for grazing and has no evidence of any previous uses. To the west of the site is a well-established tree line which separates the grazing land from the River Gaunless to the west.

Access to the site is via Henson Close which is designed for future development with a hammerhead junction to the south. Henson Close links in to Dovecote Hill road with access to the A688 to the West. The A688 is the primary A road into and out of Bishop Auckland

Contract for South Church Enterprise Park - Bishop Auckland

This Project is to be funded by the Stronger Towns & UKSPIF support the delivery of the scope and achievement of the strategic objectives for this project. As part of this funding the successful bidding organisation (and proposed Timelines) must achieve practical completion and ensure all payments for the project funding are claimed by the 21st of March 2025.

Planning - This project is subject to planning being approved.

The appointed Contractor will enter into a PCSA for this project and will work with the Council to develop contract sums within the Council's budget.
