The SMBF 24 is to deliver a range of services and units on diverse estates for varied purposes to any organisation, Annex 5 of the ITT pack, spending public monies which require the use of pre-fabricated modular units.

Schools and colleges will be the primary site type envisioned but the scope of this framework may also include, but not limited to, offices, libraries, social services properties, police & fire stations, health services, and country parks.

The framework is split into two (2) lots, each developed to cover the expected core works identified by Hampshire County Council and to match the type of works with experienced contractors.

This lot is primarily for the servicing of existing units within public sector spaces. Delivery of refurbished and second-hand units may be considered within this lot on a project by project basis by either purchase or hire. Work in this Lot will include, but not limited to:

• Removal/demolition of existing units and making the site good.

• Transfer of existing units from one site (and make site good) to another site with full installation and associated works.

• Refurbishment of existing units, either in situ or in factory (project dependent).

• Delivery and installation of well-maintained previously used units, specification as described in ITT.

• Site surveys

• New site preparation

• Minor hard and soft landscaping

• Early and productive engagement with HCC and other clients to develop upcoming programmes of work.
