Job Description
Lettings Client Accountant
Wimbledon
£30,000 to £33,000
My client, a very successful multi branch estate agency with over 55 branches across London and a combined portfolio worth £10billion, are on the hunt for an ambitious lettings client accountant to join their team in Wimbledon.
Duties
- Importing tenancy details into the KFH accountancy system to help process rent
- Managing queries through the internal coordinator system
- Collaborating with landlords, tenants and branches
- Dealing with deposits returns and de-registering
- Following up on rent arrears
- Ensuring payment details are compliant with the requirements of the Direct Debit Guarantee Scheme
- Dealing with overseas landlords tax
- Investigating queries and taking relevant action
- Ensuring all tasks are performed in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
- Experience as a Accounts Assistant within property
- Good understanding about property accounting processes
- Attention to detail
- Strong numerical skills and an analytical mindset
- Highly proactive team player
Other details:
Required working hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm Fridays
Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home and will work on a rota
