About the RoleOur client is a British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI) accredited company based in Berkshire. They are seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join their expanding team. As a leading Trees and Grounds Management company, they work across Maidenhead, Reading, and the surrounding areas. This is a hands-on role suited to enthusiastic individuals who take pride in creating and maintaining outdoor spaces. Their work ranges from large-scale soft landscaping projects for commercial and residential clients to ongoing maintenance and aftercare.

Key Responsibilities

Grass cutting, strimming, and weeding Soft landscaping and hedge cutting Preparing the ground and laying turf Assisting with winter gritting operations General grounds maintenance tasks as required What We're Looking For

Experience in a similar role with grounds maintenance or soft landscaping Strong practical skills with grounds maintenance machinery and equipment A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to work Polite, well-presented, and able to work well as part of a team A full UK driving licence. Desirable (but not essential) Certifications: PA1 & PA6 Spraying, CS30 & CS31 Chainsaw Certification Why Join Our Client?
