Salary £25,000 - £29,000
Are you a recent Civil Engineering graduate looking to kick-start your career in civils design?
We are looking for passionate graduates who are living locally to Chesham to join our client's consultancy. They are a medium-sized civil and structural buildings design consultancy looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer. With nearly 50 years of experience and a team of around 40 staff, the company has built a strong reputation for competence, adaptability, and innovation.
They work on a range of projects in London and across the UK within the residential, commercial, education, industrial and healthcare sectors. As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will be focused on the foul/surface water drainage and road design for the infrastructure developments.
Your role will include working alongside the senior engineers on all stages of the design process. You will be responsible for assisting with initial designs, development of designs, design calculations, site inspections and providing complex solutions,
Requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 in BEng/BSc in Civil Engineering
- MEng/MSc in Civil Engineering is advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Sensible commute to Chesham / UK Driving license
