Principal/Associate Civil Engineer - Datacentres, Industrial and Retail - Highways, Drainage, Earthworks and Utilities Design

We're looking for a Principal/Associate Civil Engineer in London. This is a once in a career opportunity to spearhead the development of a brand new team! The position is open to those who are capable, regardless of previous level - and is additionally available at Senior level.

Along with residential clients, the company have well-established client relationships with big name industrial and technology companies, both domestic and abroad. This means that their projects often include exciting and complex data centres, sortation centres and more.

You personally will have the opportunity to take charge of the civils team in the London office, working with the full support of the Technical Director, who is primarily based in another office in the home counties.

The skills in project leadership, team management and direction that you will gain in this role will be vital to the further progression of your career, to director level and above.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in site development, including transport and civil infrastructure, drainage system design and ancillary services, to support new developments. It is not a strict requirement, but it is additionally desirable to have had some experience in the design of Data Centres, Retail Parks, and Distribution/Sortation Centres.
