Section Manager/Stakeholder Liaison

Job Description

McGinley are looking for a Section Manager to work in Dover on a large scale civils project. You must have strong civils experience. This is a 4 month contract starting on the 5th August.

Key Responsibilities

  • Re-Ordering of outbound Control project at Port of Dover is at ECI stage; Responsibilities during this stage will be:
  • Review drawings/documents from design team for buildability purposes;
  • Identify temporary works requirements and act as temporary works co-ordinator; preparing briefs for temp works designers.
  • Engaging with project estimators and identifying scope for sub-contract package;
  • Planning site set up/logistics/welfare & offices, including power/comms connections
  • Engaging with stakeholders, and communicating requirements to designers and planners.
  • Identifying and quantifying prelims requirements for the project.
