£37000 - £75000 Basic (AED 15k to AED 30k per month) + End Of Service Pay + Flexible Hours + Training & Development + Friday 2 Hour Lunch + Annual Leave + Christmas Break + Pension + Health Insurance + Flight Tickets to Home Country Once Per Year

My client is looking for a Lead Structural Engineer to join a market-leading, award-winning, multi-disciplinary composite design consultancy in Dubai. This role is ideal for an expat currently living in Dubai or someone from the UK or Europe who plans to relocate to the city. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of experts and be rewarded with a great package.

This well-established consultancy in the composites industry is growing and winning new business. They have secure work and are expanding their team, providing opportunities for career advancement. As a lead structural engineer with composite experience, you will work on projects of various scales across multiple sectors, share your expertise with junior team members, and help manage the team's budget.

Your role as a Lead Structural Engineer will involve:
* Working on composite projects across multiple sectors, from high-rise to commercial
* Working with structural steel and reinforced concrete designs
* Attending client meetings, site visits, reviewing designs, supporting staff and other departments
* Managing and overseeing multiple composite projects from client and architectural drawings to project completion

The successful Lead Structural Engineer will have:
* Experience in composites
* Degree level or further in structural engineering
* Proven experience in structural engineering
* Experience working on full design projects of multi-million dollar value
* UAE residency expat/ or prepared to relocate to Dubai (Non-UAE residents considered)
