Salary: £42,478.00 - £44,500.00 per annum
We are currently looking for an experienced and qualified Electrician to join the in-house maintenance team covering a patch within North West London or Slough & Berkshire.
This role will require out of hours cover to be provided (on rotation) paid in accordance with policy at the time.
Responsibilities:
- All aspects of electrical maintenance within tenanted properties including CCU upgrades, fault finding, accessory changes and ensuring that the properties are safe, compliant and habitable.
- Using mobile devices and/or work sheets correctly, ensuring actions are completed and in real time.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- Own hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be arranged if needed)
- NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Apprenticeship or equivalent
- Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations - BS7671:2018
- Level 3 Award in the Periodic Inspection & Testing and Certification of in-service Electrical Installations (QCF) or equivalent
