Estimator/Surveyor
East Grinstead, Surrey
£45,000 - £65,000 + Car allowance + Fuel card + Bonus + Natural progression + Family-feel culture + Great package + Immediate start
This is a great opportunity for an Estimator/Surveyor to join a small, family-feel team and work on a wide variety of projects, from residential new build to office fit-out. This role will encompass both estimating and surveying duties, within a tight-knit team.
This company is fairly new to the market and is looking for an Estimator/Surveyor to join their team after a period of scaling up and work wins. This is a good chance to join a commercial department in its inception and contribute towards the direction of the business. Long term, you'll benefit from flexibility and autonomy within an enjoyable role, taking advantage of a relaxed, flexible environment.
Your role as an Estimator/Surveyor will include:
* Estimating and surveying duties
* Tendering, takeoffs and work winning
The successful Estimator/Surveyor will need:
* Estimating or surveying background
* Experience in construction
* Commutable to East Grinstead
* FullUK working rights
