Job Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediately
Location: West London
Salary: £25.00 - £26.00 per hour
We are currently working on behalf of a local council who are looking for an Unvented Plumber to carry out repairs on occupied and void properties.
This is a static role so no van and fuel card will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Performing routine and emergency plumbing repairs and maintenance in social housing units.
- Repairing and maintaining unvented hot water systems
- Diagnosing and rectifying plumbing faults in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards
- Providing excellent customer service to residents, addressing their plumbing needs and concerns.
- Collaborating with other tradespeople and team members to deliver seamless service.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing
- G3 Certification Unvented Hot Water Storage Systems
