Senior CDM Consultant

Job Description

This is a great opportunity to join our client, a well-respected construction consultancy who are seeking a Senior CDM Consultant to join their team in West Midlands.

You will provide the experience and skills to develop and mentor the team in Birmingham. If you are an experienced Health, Safety and CDM professional keen to progress in your career, then this role might be for you.

As Senior CDM Consultant you will:

• Provide the experience and skills to develop and mentor the team
• Produce / provide PCI, Health & Safety Files & Construction Phase Plans
• Develop / support on fee proposals and bid submissions
• Use your knowledge of the new Building Safety Act on projects
• Have a good eye for new or repeat business opportunities

Requirements:

• Experience in construction safety and CDM.
• Knowledge of the Building Safety Act and in-depth understanding of CDM regulations.
• TechIOSH / NEBOSH Construction
