Role: Senior BER Assessor
Location: Leinster/ WFH
Salary: €45-55, 000, vehicle, laptop, bonus, subsistence (based on experience & performance).

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in evaluating building energy performance and compliance with established regulations and standards. As a BER Assessor, you will be tasked with conducting thorough assessments of residential, utilizing advanced methodologies to determine energy ratings. Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed BER assessments for residential properties.
- Utilize various assessment methodologies to evaluate energy performance.
- Prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings and recommended improvements.
- Engage with clients to explain energy ratings and assessment processes.
- Stay informed about relevant legislation and industry standards.
- Provide guidance on energy efficiency measures and sustainable practices.

Requirements
- Relevant certification as a BER Assessor under current regulations.
- Proven experience in conducting energy assessments and audits.
- Experience in Airtightness Testing and/ or Ventilation Validation a distinct advantage
- Strong understanding of building energy performance standards and legislation.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using assessment software and tools.
