€70,000 - €82,600 Basic + OEM Training + Technical Progression + Package & Benefits

This OEM company is a specialist provider of power generation and other associated power plant equipment for various applications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan personnel, machines, materials, and operating supplies
  • Build- up synergies / expert competences between the Satellite workshops for specific equipment
  • Document deviations and carry out corrective measures
  • Responsible for the tooling, processes, and infrastructure required for the inspection and minor repair of OEM and non-OEM rotating equipment
  • Identify defects and introduce measures for troubleshooting
  • Ensure functionality and reliability of workshop devices through preventative maintenance
  • Plan, monitor, and assess work processes
  • Support in selecting, recruiting, training, and scheduling employees
  • Office based in Rotterdam

Background Required:

  • Proven experience as a team leader
  • Strong technical knowledge of turbomachinery
  • Proficient in Rotating Equipment (steam turbines, compressors, and expanders)
  • Ability to identify and liaise with local external service companies that can support workshop activities
  • Service-oriented, economically-minded, and capable of independent and entrepreneurial thinking and working
  • Must have EU passport
  • Graduate from Apprentice training or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
