This OEM company is a specialist provider of power generation and other associated power plant equipment for various applications. This is to provide their customers with power and energy solutions for their businesses and vessels. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan personnel, machines, materials, and operating supplies
- Build- up synergies / expert competences between the Satellite workshops for specific equipment
- Document deviations and carry out corrective measures
- Responsible for the tooling, processes, and infrastructure required for the inspection and minor repair of OEM and non-OEM rotating equipment
- Identify defects and introduce measures for troubleshooting
- Ensure functionality and reliability of workshop devices through preventative maintenance
- Plan, monitor, and assess work processes
- Support in selecting, recruiting, training, and scheduling employees
- Office based in Rotterdam
Background Required:
- Proven experience as a team leader
- Strong technical knowledge of turbomachinery
- Proficient in Rotating Equipment (steam turbines, compressors, and expanders)
- Ability to identify and liaise with local external service companies that can support workshop activities
- Service-oriented, economically-minded, and capable of independent and entrepreneurial thinking and working
- Must have EU passport
- Graduate from Apprentice training or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
