Job Description
PQS / Quantity Surveyor position with a Gloucestershire based consultancy. We're looking for a mid to senior level Quantity Surveyor to join their talented team working on a variety of high end Residential schemes, often for high net worth individuals, largely across the south of the country. There will therefore be some travel but they also offer a hybrid working arrangement providing for some home working, however this is not a remote role.
The successful candidate will be from a Consultancy or Private Practice background, and able to deliver a full pre and post contract role. There is occasionally an element of Contract Admin. You would need to be able to complete take-offs and cost plans, measurement and be able to run a project on site. Naturally this is a client facing role requiring strong communication skills.
