About the role:

  • Project management of the on-going internal and external projects within Pharmanovia.
  • Planning, tracking and monitoring strategic, technical and acquisition project plans.
  • Carrying out daily project related activities including maintenance of project plans, action logs and co-ordination with the Pharmanovia team.
  • Working with Technical, Regulatory, Quality, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Artwork, and PV/ Medical teams to ensure we apply an integrated approach to project planning across the teams.
  • Building professional relationships with partner companies.
  • Oversee various projects, including M&A and licensing integrations, technical transfers and strategic initiatives.
  • Designing project plans aligning to internal requirements and deadlines, using Excel & GanttPro.
  • Maintaining and tracking detailed project plans across multiple operational departments.
  • Identify potential project problems and risks, and mitigate contingencies & implement corrective actions.
  • Arranging and leading inter-departmental calls & meetings.
  • Production of reports, as well as preparation and presentation of updates to key shareholders.
  • Manage operational processes for allocated projects to meet end goals.

About you:

  • University Degree or equivalent.
  • Highly organised with strong analytical ability.
  • Experience gained in projects within Pharma or a similar corporate environment.
  • Excellent Project Management skills.
  • Working towards or holder of a formal project management qualification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of project management tools.
