Job Description

INVESTMENT CONSULTANT - BOROUGH

My client is looking for a talented and ambitious Investment Consultant with strong interpersonal skills to join their team. Experience in sales and property would be preferable, however it isn't a prerequisite. They will provide comprehensive training to ensure you have all the tools and knowledge you need to excel in your role.

As an Investment Consultant, you will be at the forefront of exciting property deals and transactions. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in buying property in the hottest markets around the globe. You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients, understand their unique needs and preferences, and guide them towards their dream properties.

In addition to your daily responsibilities, you will be part of a dynamic team led by the Directors. You'll have access to all the resources you need to enhance your performance, while also receiving guidance from experienced professionals who will help you thrive in this fast-paced industry. They offer a highly competitive commission scheme that greatly rewards consultants that hit or exceed their targets.

Duties:

  • Calling leads - Minimum 1 hour call time a day
  • Complete zoom calls with clients
  • Attend scheduled property events
  • Following up with clients after they've been closed
  • Maintaining and updating your client pipeline (CRM software)
  • Keeping clients up to date on construction post reservation
  • Stay up to date with the relevant property markets
  • Meet with the directors quarterly to review you


Requirements:

  • Sales experience
  • Highly motivated
  • Can do attitude
  • Experience in dealing with high net worth individuals
  • Thrive in a sales environment
  • Willing to go the extra mile to get a deal don
  • Great work ethic


Salary: £30,000 basic salary, £60,000 - £70,000 OTE

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm NO WEEKENDS
