Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced sales development manager. Structural waterproofing Services (SWS) have ambitious plans to grow next year. Would you like to join the team? We’re looking for someone who’s used to talking with and can readily identify decision makers and has the wherefore all to close a contract. SWS are a leading Structural waterproofing, Gas Remediation and Flat Roofing specialist. We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced individual with the drive and enthusiasm to help us achieve our ambitious growth goals in 2024. You’ll come from either the manufacturing/vendor side or from a similar business to ours. This is a role for someone with a proven sales growth record. The ability to trade on your experience and knowledge with new and existing clients & customers is a pre-requisite for the role. Ideally, we’re looking for someone with a rounded experience in the construction sector who’s got good contact level with their existing customers and who is also prepared to open new doors. We operate in a highly competitive arena and are looking for someone who is happy talking with people at all levels and across disciplines. Whether it be a groundworks company, developer, quantity surveyor, architect, structural engineer or project manager running a large and complex project. You’ll also have good negotiating skills. But above all else, you’ll be able to make a compelling case for your customers to choose SWS! We are a value and good engineering focused business who are great at solving problems. You should be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of structural waterproofing and ideally flat roofing systems.
