Site Manager - Bespoke Joinery

Location: Central London
Position Type: Contract, Ongoing
Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: Up to £250 per day (dependent on experience)

Rullion are looking to speak to an experienced Site Manager on behalf of our client who are a leading bespoke joinery manufacturer specialising in high-end projects across Central London.

Job Description:

Required is a Site Manager to join our clients team immediately/ as soon as possible to keep the project on it's time schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery, with a proven track record of managing high-end projects. This is a contract position with ongoing projects, offering a fantastic opportunity to work with a dedicated and skilled team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage bespoke joinery projects on-site in Central London.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and within project timelines.
  • Coordinate with the project team, including subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Maintain site health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress reports.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in joinery, particularly in high-end projects.
  • Valid CSCS Card.
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
