Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Multi Trader to join our dynamic team at McAdam Property and Building Services Ltd. As a Multi Trader, you will play a key role in our refurbishment and construction projects, bringing your expertise in various trades to ensure high-quality work is completed on time and to specification. We have contracts with 3 major insurance companies, the majority of your work will be residential reinstatements and refurbishments following damage caused by flood, fire or break ins. We also offer residential construction services directly to end clients which you could also be contracted for. The postcode areas we cover are SM, KT, CR, RH, GU, SE and SW. Ideally, we are looking to take on a Multi trader with a view to them setting up their own team to take on subcontracted insurance work after a trial period working with us. Key Responsibilities: Carry out a variety of trade tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and painting. Perform repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment work in mainly residential properties. Work efficiently to meet deadlines and project requirements. Liaise with site managers, other trades, policy holders and end clients to ensure seamless project execution. Adhere to Health and Safety standards on all job sites. Requirements: Proven experience as a Multi Trader or in a similar role. Proficiency in at least two of the following trades: carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid CSCS card and DBS certificate (preferred but not essential). Valid Public Liability Insurance ( or a willingness to get it after a trial period) Own tools and reliable transport (essential) Desire and potential to set up their own team after a trial period( Desired)
