The requirement is to provide spectator seating (Grandstands) for the RAF Officer Training Academy's graduations. The total spectator seating will vary according to the number of cadets graduating on each occasion and could potentially be between 120 to 600 spectators. Therefore, the seating capacity and number of mobile grandstands must be sufficiently flexible and adaptable to cater for each graduation. The maximum number of graduations per year will be eight, at an approximate interval of one every six weeks.
The grandstands must reflect the ethos of an elite and world class military College where appearance and first impressions have a disproportionate reputational impact. Therefore, the cleanliness, serviceability and presentation of the grandstands and seats must be of a high standard.
