The Provision of a Technical Adviser to HSE
The Health & Safety Executive is seeking to appoint a Technical Advisory Service to operate as a 'one-stop shop' provider of multi disciplinary advice, to include specification development, project management and cost/Quantity Surveyor (QS) management. The majority of works will fall under the following disciplines, mainly at the Buxton Site:
• Principal Designer/Architect.
• Project Manager (Expected duties: planning, project controls,
contract administration).
• Civil Engineer (including public health and road works).
• Structural Engineer.
• Mechanical & Electrical engineer (including ATEX Electrical &
Mechanical Design).
• Building Services Engineer.
• Cost consultant/QS
• Contract Administration.
• Building & Land surveyor.
• Technical evaluation of HSE tenders.
