Somerset Council are looking to procure waste collection supplier to collect general waste, recycling, and confidential shredding from their Corporate Estate across Somerset.

Estimated total value includes all lots and all available extension options.

The contracting authority reserves the right to award contracts combining the following lots or groups of lots:

Somerset Council intends to award a single Supplier to each Lot for Lots 1-3, or a single Supplier to Lot 4 – all activities combined. Bidders may bid for as many or as few Lots as their capacity allows however submissions cannot be contingent on successfully winning a different Lot.

Submissions will be evaluated by Somerset Council to determine the Most Economically Advantageous Tender and the Council reserves the right to award a single Supplier to each Lot for Lots 1-3, or a single Supplier for Lot 4 depending on the responses received. If a Supplier is awarded Lot 4, Lots 1-3 will not be awarded. If Lots 1-3 are awarded, Lot 4 will not be awarded.
