The Council’s intention is to enter into a Framework Agreement with 15 Contractors unless fewer than this number of tenders are received or do not pass the award stage. A further 5 contractors will be appointed on to a reserve list; unless fewer than this number of tenders are received or do not pass the award stage. For the purpose of the Tender the Contractor is to assume the premises are that of a school, that is a live facility for school children and Staff. II.2.4) Description of the procurement
For the purpose of the Tender the Contractor is to assume the premises are that of a school, that is a live facility for school children and Staff. And or a Public Building which is in use by members of the public.
The Contractor is to assume that all works are to be carried out at "Ground Level" and to assume there is safe access to the site. The Contractor is also to assume that works are to be carried out within a "standard " working day that being between the hours of 8.00am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Also organisation will be asked to confirm your company or your proposed subcontractors are Construction skills Certification scheme (CSCS) approved (to Achieve Unit 358 Installing Fire Resisting Timber Door Assembles), (Certified Door Sets) or an undertaking that it will be gained within 3 months.
