A Dynamic Purchasing System for Cadw to appoint surveying companies to carry out a range of surveying services at their sites, including but not limited to 3D laser surveys, topographical surveys, measured surveys, photogrammetric surveys, 3D BIM and Revit modelling, 360 degree virtual tours and others. All bidders will be assessed against the criteria included in the ITT. The surveys will help inform planned conservation and adaptation projects at Cadw sites.

The arrangement will compliment the Cadw Lead Professional Advisor Framework and the Cadw Consultancy DPS and surveyors will either be appointed directly or as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement

The provision of of experienced, suitable and appropriate surveying companies that provide 3D laser surveys (and all necessary processing of survey data so that it can be used by other consultants e.g architects, building surveyors etc), topographical surveys, 3D BIM and Revit modelling and if available measured surveys, photogrammetric surveys, 360-degree virtual tours, Ground penetrating radar, surveying via aerial drones (the supplier will need to have the necessary/appropriate CAA accreditation), rebar detection and mapping, thermal imaging. Surveys will be required, over the course of the programme, to many of the historic and scheduled monuments in State Care, either in advance of other surveys or to support planned conservation and adaptation projects. The minimum requirements of all bidding companies are included in the ITT documentation.
