The contract is primarily for redecoration works to properties owned and managed by the Employer.
The contract entails carrying out redecoration works to mainly previously painted surfaces, together with any associated repairs, renewals or other enabling works.
The works will generally comprise:
• Painting and decorating:
Externally (to previously painted surfaces).
Internally (to previously painted surfaces within communal areas), and;
• Associated repairs and renewals.
• Associated minor repairs to plaster and render finishes.
• All necessary preparatory work.
• All builders work in connection and all making good.

The purpose of this Tender exercise is to seek Tenders for providing cyclical painting and associated repairs at properties owned and / or managed by GUHG. Full details of the requirement can be found in the procurement documents.
