II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Cleaning and associated services as described in project brief. Services will be delivered at the main Gallery at St Martin’s Place, Orange Street, East Wing, Charing Cross offices and the Pavilion Ticket Booth. This will include but not be limited to the following: Periodic bulk waste collections, Window cleaning , Specialist cleans, Hygiene supply and service, Franking and Postage and Porter Services. Provider shall be required to maintain a permanent presence within the buildings and provide managers and operatives who are adequately trained and skilled in working in and have experience of working on a Grade 1 listed building.
The service provider must be able to plan and react to problems and unforeseen emergencies. Health, safety, and environmental performance is of particular importance.
