Hillcrest intends to enter a framework agreement with a number of Employers Agents and/or Principal Designers to support the delivery of Hillcrest’s Development programme over the next 4 years. It is currently estimated that Hillcrest will deliver 250 units per year over the life of the framework. However, these figures may alter during the life of the framework as new schemes receive the necessary planning permissions or new opportunities arise. Hillcrest’s Development programme will be delivered via a mix of Development routes, at this time Hillcrest estimate that the overall value of construction development work tendered via the framework will be in the region of GBP 175m over the 4 year period.
