Your Housing Group is seeking applications from qualified Contractors to appoint one Contractor to provide Fire Risk Assessments and associated services to it’s property stock. As such, YHG wish to form a Deed of Appointment for an initial period of 3 years, with an optional further extension of 1 year to the successful Contractor which will be utilised and owned by YHG.
The successful Contractor may also be asked to provide consultancy services as further detailed in Document B – Fire Risk Assessments Specification.
