ABP (the contractor) is in a procurement negotiation process with Suffolk County Council (SCC) for the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contract for the newly constructed Gull Wing bridge in the port of Lowestoft.• SCC are procuring this O&M contract with ABP under a VEAT process with ABP as the sole candidate for supply of the works.• The Services are for the Sub-Contractors management and delivery of maintenance services for the Gull Wing bridge in the Port of Lowestoft.• The Sub-Contractor’s general obligations under the contract include the:• Management and delivery of inspections and cyclic and reactive maintenance for all structural assets,• Management and delivery of inspections and cyclic and reactive maintenance for all highways assets,• Management and delivery of inspections and cyclic and reactive maintenance for all mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems assets associated with the operation of the bridge,• Management and delivery of inspections and cyclic and
