Leicester City Council has an ongoing requirement for drain surveys in relation to rat infestations or problems with properties, as well as the potential remedial repairs required following the results of a drain survey. This will predominately be required on domestic dwellings, including terraced, detached, semi-detached and flats. There may also be a requirement for a survey on a more commercialised property such as an office or library.
