The London Borough of Camden is seeking suitable organisations to join a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for vehicle repairs to support Camden's fleet of vehicles by provider high quality, value for money vehicle repairs.
To Join the DPS organisations must:
• Be a licensed and insured vehicle repair company.
• Have a proven track record of providing high-quality vehicle and body work repair services.
• Have the necessary facilities and equipment to carry out all of the services required.
• Have a team of qualified and experienced technicians.
• Be able to provide competitive pricing.
The organisation must have
• A proven track record of providing high-quality vehicle and body work repair services
• Experience working with a fleet of vehicles of all makes and models
• A team of qualified and experienced technicians
• A state-of-the-art workshop equipped with the latest tools and equipment
• A commitment to health and safety
• A commitment to environmental sustainability
Organisations should also holds an up to date BS10125 accreditation or equivalent.
The DPS will start on 1st July 2024 and run for three years with the option to extend at the sole discretion of Camden Council, for up to two extensions each of one year in length.

All organisations that pass the selection criteria will be admitted to the DPS
The DPS will be re opened for further applications once a quarter in the first year of operation and then annually after that.
